A lone wanderer known only as the swords man walks forgotten roads scarred by war, carrying a weathered blade and a past he does not name. Seeking only rest, he arrives at a fearful village haunted by twisted creatures and a mysterious dark rider. When he destroys the beasts, the rider marks him with a curse and binds him to a greater fate.
