And somewhere in the dusty corners of history, between the names of generals and presidents, there’s a little note that simply says:
“Messages delivered by an unknown cobbler. Location: Liberty Street, Boston.”
He may have been forgotten by the world — but every time someone takes a step toward freedom, maybe, just maybe, Samuel Cobbler walks with them.
