I was there when the King reached into your world and pulled out a broken teenager named Liam to save ours. Liam wasn't a soldier. At least, he wasn't supposed to be. But the evil doesn't care about our preferences, and it was spreading faster than we could handle in Laknohl, a land of peace. We needed someone familiar with evil, capable of good. Liam fit the bill.
This book is my account of what really happened. It's the story of a troubled boy in way over his head, a spine-tingling darkness, and the sheer, unfortunate necessity of fighting back. Read it. Preferably somewhere safe.
