The Five Rings is a civilization where behavior determines where you live. Five concentric rings separate people by demonstrated conduct. Those who sustain non-harmful behavior rise toward safety and abundance. Those who cause harm descend into harsher strata permanently. Everyone enters voluntarily in Main Layer Zero, supported by Universal Basic Income. Above it, harm is stopped before it occurs. Below it, conditions degrade until Minus Three Terminal, where death is final. Its central argument: most injustice is a pairing problem. Innocent people are forced to share space with harmful ones. The Five Rings makes consequence the architecture of where you live.
