Gideon is a veteran railway worker aboard the luxury Midnight Express during a bitter winter in 1947. When the train is halted by a massive snowdrift in a remote mountain pass, the conductor is found murdered outside in the drifts. Trapped with a group of wealthy, high-stakes passengers and no way to call for help, Gideon must navigate the narrow corridors and frozen exterior of the train to track a killer who is hiding in plain sight.
