There is a crisis in Smurf Village. A poisonous Bzzz fly stings Lazy Smurf. He turns black and aggressive, and starts biting others. The Smurfs who get bitten also become black and aggressive, and start to bite others. Soon, there are more and more black Smurfs. Papa Smurf races against time to find a cure. Will Papa Smurf be able to help the village overcome this crisis?
Pierre Culliford (1928–1992), born in Belgium in 1928, was the cartoonist known as Peyo. Peyo began his career working with some of Belgium’s most talented cartoonists, including his lifelong writing partner Yvan Delporte.
