“She might be hiding from you,” Ian said.
“Why…? I’m her partner!” I shouted. That was nonsense.
“Maybe she doesn’t want you as her partner,” he shrugged. I growled and grabbed him by the neck. But Roy pushed me back.
“We’ll find her. We’ll help you find her,” Roy promised.
“Yeah, she might have her own reasons. But let’s find her first, okay?” Claira patted me on the back.
