After following mysterious lights into the forest, Ethan discovers an ancient underground prison containing a colossal creature bound by chains deep beneath the earth. When the seal begins to fail, he finds the missing device left by his grandfather and restores the power that keeps the creature imprisoned. Realizing the danger can never be allowed to rise again, Ethan chooses to remain in the valley as the new guardian of the hidden prison beneath the forest.
