Out of the Shadows, into the Light!By Janice Hall

About this audiobook
Janice Hall born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, and then migrated to the United states in her early 20’s
Janice is the author of Finding Yourself: Out of the Shadows Into the Light, a courageous memoir that explores trauma, mental health, faith, and personal restoration. After years of navigating emotional wounds, betrayal, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, Janice chose healing through faith, self-reflection, and professional support—proving that recovery does not require losing one’s identity or dignity.
Her writing is rooted in authenticity and compassion, aiming to break the silence around mental health struggles that many endure behind closed doors. Janice writes not only to tell her story, but to serve as a voice for those who feel unseen, unheard, or afraid to speak. Her message is simple yet powerful: you are not broken, you are becoming.
