Initiations, like rites of passage, mark a major shift from one life stage to the next. Oftentimes initiations are prompted because you feel like something is off in your life and you know you have to make some big changes if you are going to feel aligned, congruent, and on the right path for your soul.
If you are paying attention and are devoted to your soul’s path, you will notice that in between life’s big initiations, there are lots of everyday initiations with every person, place, and thing in your presence. In fact, every moment is initiating you to be your best self. No matter what Initiation you are going through right now, be it joyful or challenging, internally or externally activated, know that it is helping you to grow.
The truth is, if you are on a devoted spiritual path, you are always transforming. You are always releasing what no longer serves you and embracing who you are now. You are always moving out of the darkness and into the light. And life is constantly initiating you to be who you truly are.Whatever initiations you are currently going through, big or small, know that you are not alone. The Great Mystery, Great Spirit, and the light of your soul are leading, guiding, directing, and protecting you every step of the way.
As Winston Churchill said, “If you are going through Hell, keep going.” And I would like to add, “If you are flowing through Heaven, keep flowing.”
There is great freedom and fulfillment awaiting you on the other side. I love you and I support you.
