FBI Agent Sidney Stone is no stranger to darkness, but her latest case plunges her into an abyss deeper than she ever imagined. Turns out all murder victims were enrolled in programs at New Hope, which is backed by powerful people. They start to suspect the killer they're hunting is some sort of avenging crusader.
As the investigation deepen, the agents find themselves facing a terrifying truth - the very charity meant to protect children may be the true monster behind it all.
