After destroying a Dominion flagship, Aria and her crew are ambushed by a new submersible warship capable of controlling the storm itself. During the battle, Commander Varyn reveals that Aria’s father helped create the Dominion’s weather-manipulation technology — and that the mysterious compass she carries is the key to completing it. Realizing the only way to stop the Dominion is from within, Aria surrenders herself in exchange for her crew’s freedom.
