In a gentrifying American city, Elara Mirth is the last tenant of the historic Ravenswood Arms. Facing eviction, she discovers the building is a sentient archive of its tenants’ lives—a "Concrete Coven." With her cat, a quirky friend, and the building’s reluctant nephew, Elara must harness its fading magic: singing pipes, memory-jars, and defensive glitter-dust. But when a developer escalates to a demolition order, she must stage a final, public wake for the building, using its own soul to show the city that some homes are alive, and some losses echo forever.
