Marin and his companion Callen journey into a mysterious, sentient lagoon that holds the memories of everyone who has ever disappeared within it. Guided by a glowing girl trapped beneath the water, they endure supernatural trials that test their courage, resolve, and willingness to sacrifice. In the end, Marin chooses to remain in the lagoon as its new guardian so the girl can be freed, preserving the balance of the water’s ancient memory.
